FREE delivery for all orders over $100 Australia wide                                                              

The following shipping cost will apply for any orders under $100:

Standard shipping via Australia Post $10 (2-5 business days)***

Express shipping via Australia Post $30 (1-2 business days)

At Crate & Co. we use the Australia Post delivery network with tracking capabilities, allowing you to view where your item is during the delivery process.

As soon as your item has left our warehouse you will be notified via email and be able to track your order online.

Our standard shipping arrangement will require a signature upon delivery, if you are not at home at the time of delivery and you have not given an authority to leave the package, a notice with alternative arrangements will be left at your residence (usually your parcel will be stored at your local post office for pick up).

At Crate & Co. we can ship to any address in Australia and New Zealand.  If you would like to ship to other International Address's please contact us at hello@crateandco.com.au and we can offer you special shipping rates via Australia Post.

All items can be shipped to a PO Box address.

*** Crate & Co. offer FREE SHIPPING during special periods so this Standard Rate of Shipping will be free of charge during these times.

Returns

At Crate & Co. we understand it is important that you have an option to return a purchase you have made with us. Our return policy enables you to return the item for exchange within 7 days of receiving it. We will require the item to be unused and in its original packaging. The postage and insurance cost for all returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. We assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Crate & Co. will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. 

Crate & Co. does not offer exchange or refund on sale items.

Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact Crate & Co. as soon as possible.
